I have a 2013 Mini Cooper and I was absolutely blown away with the quality of the shop at 160. They are the most honest people in the business. They have been super accommodating. I will not take my car to any other shop despite the fact that I live an hour away. They are simply the best.

Mark and the technicians at The Shop at 160 are amazing! I am always treated professionally and with integrity. Me being a female have not always felt comfortable dealing with most repair shops and mechanics but at The Shop at 160 I feel like I'm being treated fairly. These guys are great! Let me tell you, we initially started by taking our vehicle to Firestone to figure out what was going on with the air conditioner, and after that, we went to the dealership. Well, guess what the reason why nobody wants to go to the dealership is exactly what happened. They ran us in a circle, telling us that nothing was wrong. Mark and the team were able to figure out what was going on, and made me feel like a real human being again.
