There are still good honest people in the world! I had my Audi towed and left over night at shop160 received a call before they even opened from MarkI explained what the issue was he explained his process.. 3hrs called me back and told me the issues.. instead of suggesting extraordinarily expensive repairs.. He fixed the problem to the best of his ability due to the issues.. He gave me his professional honest advice and extended a courtesy, My car is running and I am grateful he was personable professional showed empathy and most of just a nice decent human being.. As a woman it is scary having to deal With your car on a mechanical level. I want to say thank you again!!! Many blessings to you and your family..
